When you buy an e-Gift card the email address you enter during the checkout process will receive an email that contains a unique gift card code that you can use at checkout to redeem its value.
If you'd like to send your e-Gift card to someone else please use their email address during checkout otherwise the e-Gift card will be sent to you. You can then print it out to give to someone inside a card or forward it to them yourself via email.

We currently cannot ship to: Belarus, Ecuador, Germany, Russia, Venezuela, Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea.

You can cancel or change your order within 12 hours by contacting us here.
After 12 hours we send your order to our printing partners so we can't cancel or change your order after it's sent to production.
Returns
30-days after delivery
We'll replace or refund your product for any errors, poor quality or damage during transit.
If you're unsatisfied, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
Please note, unless there was an error on our end we do not refund personalized products, changes of mind or if you selected an incorrect size or style, so please choose carefully before purchasing.

50% product cost + full shipping fee is required for reproduction of your additional item.
However no return is required - ensuring that you receive your new item faster and hassle-free.
This is especially beneficial for international customers, who are spared the expense of expensive overseas postage costs to return items to our Australian studio.
