If you ordered the wrong size or style, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a discounted replacement.

Since we operate on a print-on-demand model, each item is created specifically for you when you place an order. This means we incur production, packaging and shipping costs for each item.

While you won't need to return the original item to us, we kindly ask that you cover the production, shipping and packaging costs for the replacement item.

This process ensures that you receive a brand new, custom-made item tailored to your preferences without the hassle of returning the original item. 

Since we're based in Australia, you won't incur international return shipping or customs fees to return any items to us, making the replacement process faster and more convenient for you also if you're located overseas.
