• Some orders may be printed and shipped from Canada, Australia, UK, Europe, or Mexico.

Lost or Damaged Orders:

• Lost in Transit (Tracking not showing 'Delivered'):
  • Contact us within 4 weeks of estimated delivery date.
  • We'll cover reprinting and shipping costs for lost orders.

• Damaged/Incorrect Order:
  • Contact us within 4 weeks of delivery.
  • Include a photo of the issue.
  • We'll cover reprinting and shipping costs for damaged/incorrect items.

• Missing Package (Tracking showing 'Delivered'):
  • If marked as delivered, but not received, contact your local post office and carrier.
  • If unable to locate, a new order will need to be placed for reshipping.

Customs & Duties Fees:

• Rarely, you may need to pay customs and duties fees to receive your package.
