- Processing and printing: 1 to 5 business days.
- Most orders ship within 3 business days.
Delivery Time Estimates:
- Estimated delivery time provided during checkout, on order confirmation email, and tracking status page.
- Approximate delivery times:
- US, Europe, Canada, UK: 2 weeks.
- Australia, New Zealand: 1-7 days.
- US Islands, APO military addresses, Rest of the World: 4 weeks.
- Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur.
Order Tracking:
- Tracking available once shipped.
- Tracking link sent via email and on order account page.
Shipping Destinations:
- Now ship worldwide!
- Cannot ship to: Belarus, Ecuador, Germany, Russia, Venezuela, Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea.
Printing and Shipping Locations:
- Printed and primarily shipped from the US.
- Some orders may be printed and shipped from Canada, Australia, UK, Europe, or Mexico.
Lost or Damaged Orders:

Lost in Transit (Tracking not showing 'Delivered'):
- Contact us within 4 weeks of estimated delivery date.
- We'll cover reprinting and shipping costs for lost orders.

Damaged/Incorrect Order:
- Contact us within 4 weeks of delivery.
- Include a photo of the issue.
- We'll cover reprinting and shipping costs for damaged/incorrect items.

Missing Package (Tracking showing 'Delivered'):
- If marked as delivered, but not received, contact your local post office and carrier.
- If unable to locate, a new order will need to be placed for reshipping.
Customs & Duties Fees:
- Rarely, you may need to pay customs and duties fees to receive your package.
- These fees are not covered by us and must be paid by the buyer.
