Eco-friendly production

Your items are made and printed brand new only after after you order.

Allow 1-5 business days for production and packaging, with most orders shipping within 3 business days.

We collaborate with top printing partners in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Europe, and Mexico, based on your order and location.

We ship worldwide

We currently cannot ship to: Belarus, Ecuador, Germany, Russia, Venezuela, Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea.

Please note, although uncommon, you may incur customs duties based on your location, which we do not cover. You are responsible for any customs duties or fees if they apply.

12-hours after ordering

You can cancel or change your order within 12 hours by contacting us here.

After 12 hours we send your order to our printing partners so we can't cancel or change your order after it's sent to production.

30-days after delivery

We'll replace or refund your product for any errors, poor quality or damage during transit.

If you're unsatisfied, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.

Please note, unless there was an error on our end we do not refund personalized products, changes of mind or if you selected an incorrect size or style, so please choose carefully before purchasing.

One exchange per item

We allow one exchange per item, including personalized items.

*Kindly note, as our products are made-on-demand:

50% product cost + full shipping fee is required for reproduction of your additional item.

However no return is required - ensuring that you receive your new item faster and hassle-free.

This is especially beneficial for international customers, who are spared the expense of expensive overseas postage costs to return items to our Australian studio.

Plus you can keep, gift or donate the original item and no risk of lost returns, customs duties and fees or extra insurance costs.
